Hi!
Watching an entire class, thinking “Yes, that makes sense” and immediately starting another class feels productive.
Unfortunately, understanding somebody’s explanation is not the same as giving your body time to learn it.
If you’re using recorded classes, try our:
One problem. One class. One week.
Choose one specific thing you want to improve.
Find the class that addresses it.
Watch the relevant section once without moving. Then play it again and try it. Pause whenever you need. Rewind. Slow it down. Repeat the same thirty seconds five times if that is the useful part.
The goal is not to reach the end of the video.
The goal is to leave with something your body did not understand before.
The player is not a television. You are allowed to interrupt us 😂
MINDSET RESET
Consuming more content is not the same as progressing.
SUMMER QUEST: MISSION 7 OF 10
Choose one lesson, tutorial or video.
Return to the same material three times this week. Each time, work on the same small section instead of restarting from the beginning.
□ Mission completed
Current possible score: 7/10

The piece of the week is for those who don’t just watch both roles. They learn them.
Simple message. Quite a large dance-floor revolution.
Next Sunday: a seven-day experiment that makes progress much easier to see.
See you then,
