What is RoleRotation in Social Dances?
Role rotation is the action of rotating/changing roles in the middle of the same dance. Not just to break gender stereotypes but also to create a more fun, dinamic and respectful "conversation" between dancers. The idea is allowing every single person to express themselves in any way they feel.
Rolerotation as a Social Dance Movement, created and developed by the international Dancers and Teachers Felipe y Tiago, has the goal of inspiring everyone to learn both roles of all social dances and fight for gender equality in social dances.
