Let’s talk mobility. One of the main issues a lot of dance students struggle with is “it doesn’t look the way I want it to”, and most of the time is due to mobility. The actual range of movements. If the range is not as big as you think it is it will not look the way you want it to. But of course you can train this!

A great way to train mobility is doing a choreography of a dance with something you CAN’T do yet! By constant repetition and drilling of it your body will train and adjust to achieve that new movement range and mobility and you will add it to your body repertoire! So challenge yourself and choose a choreography with something your body can’t do just yet! And the only thing you have to do is dance it every week until it can!
